Mrs. Richards' 6th Grade English

Thank you for visiting my website!  My name is Dana Richards and I am very excited to be with the Gold 6th grade team at CR Anderson!  Sixth grade is such an important year and I am looking forward to helping our sixth graders make this transition in our Middle School. I have been teaching since August of 2000, and I am truly passionate about education and being in the classroom. I am originally from Boise, Idaho and a graduate of Carroll College here in Helena, Montana. I also taught in Arizona for over 10 years. However, my husband and I are excited to be back in Montana to be closer to our family. We have three boys who are very active in hockey, baseball, and football. In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my husband and my children, James, Mason, and Carter, traveling to visit my family, and spending time with my friends. I also enjoy camping, swimming, reading, playing soccer, watching ice hockey and cooking.  In addition, I am a huge Boise State Broncos Football fan!
